DDSN is the state agency that provides services to South Carolinians with the severe lifelong disabilities of intellectual disability and related disabilities, autism, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury and similar disabilities.

We deliver DDSN services though a statewide network of local Disabilities and Special Needs (DSN) Boards and service qualified providers.

DDSN provider application process is currently CLOSED. We will advertise via SC Business Opportunities (SCBO), when we are ready to begin accepting providers.
