Ms. Harley T. Davis, Ph.D., Chief Administrative Officer

Dr. Harley T. Davis is the Chief Administrative Officer at DDSN and has held that position since she started with the agency in March 2022. Prior to DDSN, she spent 10 years conducting research at the University of South Carolina before transitioning to the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) where she spent nearly nine years overseeing population health surveillance programs and facilitating agency-wide initiatives. Dr. Davis received four degrees from University of South Carolina with her most recent ones being a Master of Science in public health and a Doctor of philosophy in epidemiology. She was drawn to DDSN because it provided an opportunity to use the skillsets she learned at DHEC to serve South Carolinians in a leadership role.
