If you wish to address the Commission at its regular Commission meeting, you must be physically present at the DDSN Central Office at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the commission meeting, you must sign in at the front desk and complete a Public Request to Speak Form.  At the appropriate time during the Commission Meeting, you will be recognized by the Commission Chair to speak.  Due to time limitations, each speaker will only be allowed three (3) minutes and not more than four (4) individuals will speak during a Commission Meeting.

A maximum of 35 minutes during the regular Commission meeting will be allocated for citizens to speak. Citizens will speak in the order in which they registered. In cases of abusive language or of purely personal attacks on staff or Commission members, the Chair may rule the person out of order and require her/him to relinquish the floor.
